Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Saved Eats you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your Account
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity that happens under it. Keep your Google account secure.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Saved Eats.
Acceptable Use
Use Saved Eats only for its intended purpose. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, scrape or resell the place data, or interfere with its operation.
Intellectual Property
The Saved Eats name, design, and software are ours. Your saved content remains yours; you grant us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you and to people you share it with.
Third-Party Data
Place information is provided by Google. Your use of that content is also subject to Google’s terms, and Google attribution may be shown where required.
Warranty Disclaimer
Saved Eats is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Place details (including opening hours) come from third parties and may be inaccurate or out of date — always confirm before you travel.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Saved Eats.
Indemnification
You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and will update the effective date above. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
